The house was very clean (a number one priority for me) plenty of plates, glasses etc - comfortable beds and lots of fans available - Ethan our host was grest and responded to any enquiries we had.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Ethan’s place. Our family felt like we were at home and Ethan was an incredibly responsive, kind and clear host. We would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, especially families who want to be closish to the beach whilst feeling like they have a small country town feel. 11/10

We had a great stay at Ethan and Sarah’s house and cottage! Just as pictures described, very peaceful and relaxing. Cottage was so beautiful! The host were always responsive and helpful. About 20 mins from Maroochydore, Marcoola and Mudjimba beaches, and Westfield mall. Everything you need in a family holiday - thanks for sharing your relaxing home with us, we hope to be back in 2024!

My stay was a delightful experience. The cozy, well-decorated space instantly felt like home. The attention to detail was impressive, from the thoughtful amenities to the stunning view from the balcony. The host's responsiveness and helpful local tips added a personal touch. Vintage property with plenty of character, impeccably maintained. Much of the original furnishings have been retained in pristine condition, though the kitchen and bathroom (in the main building) are modern. The fitted-out granny cottage was also a nice touch, though we personally didn't use that space.
Located very conveniently close to the town centre (just 100m away) in a quiet street just off the main road. Woombye itself is a quaint and charming little town, ideally located close to the hinterland as well as the coast.
Our host Ethan was very accommodative of some of our last-minute requests, and we were particularly impressed with just how quickly he responded - and attended - to our needs and requests during our stay here. Would certainly recommend this place!

A great family home with character and amenity. Located a very short stroll from the Woombye Bakery and Woomby Village shops. The home is in a great location with easy access to main roads. A very good base for exploring the area.

We had a really lovely stay, the place was very cosy yet spacious. The fire place, movie projector and cottage were definitely highlights.
You could tell that there was a lot of thought that went into setting up the space, including the air diffuser, cute clay mugs and teas. Would highly recommend!

Ethan is a wonderful host, extremely knowledgeable on the area and made the check in and stay such a smooth operation.
Would highly recommend this bungalow to anyone wanting a quiet base for exploring the sunshine coast !
